I highly recommend this dentist to anyone in the area. My normal dental practice completely disregarded my dental pain and after being told there was nothing wrong, I decided to book myself in for an emergency appointment. The issue was identified straight away, and I left there pain-free after an agonising week. After having the second part of my treatment, I booked myself in to have a check up appointment and will definitely be continuing to use this dentist in future. All the staff are very friendly and polite, and Tohoor put me at ease throughout my treatment, as well as going above and beyond to help! Very much appreciated, thank you for your help!

I jest sent them a email and on the same day I been seen that was fast not like my dentist took 3 years and would been still waiting... thank you jami team I slept well last night first night in 3 years .. place was clean and safely good have a laugh with them they ask u whats wrong and what u want done ... if they got room I would like to be a pashent of their would I go bk there YES happy new year to the jami team

10/10 had my appointment at 17.00 and was leaving relatively pain-free at 17.15, I can't recommend these guys enough helped me when no one else would in my emergency.

What led you to this career?
I discovered dentistry when I was asked to help a friend out at the dental practice she worked at (I was originally going to be an archaeologist and specialise in Egyptology) I loved dentistry so much after helping at a very well established practice in Cardiff, that I decided this was going to be my career choice and I gained my Dental Nursing qualification and then went on to university and qualified as Dental Therapist & Hygienist. I love the care I can provide for the patients and learning new skills within this ever changing career.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I love travelling around the world, mountain climbing, spending as much time with my husband, family & friends, reading mountaineering and ancient history books and giving my 2 cats plenty of cuddles!

What led you to this career?
I started Dental Nursing in 2011 and have enjoyed working in dentistry ever since.
Having worked with several Dental Therapists during this time, I realised that I could be the one carrying out the treatment. I was lucky enough to be accepted onto the BSc course at Cardiff University and have not looked back since.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I am a lover of the outdoors and enjoy long walks and camping. I also enjoy going to the gym.

I was a dental nurse before entering management. I was fortunate enough to have a paid apprenticeship age 17, and over the years I have been keen to keep educating myself. There is always a new topic to learn about with dentistry.
