There's a lot more to a check-up than a quick peer for holes. We examine your teeth, gums, any existing dental work and your general oral health carefully, watching for the first signs of decay, gum disease, wear, or anything else worth flagging. If an X-ray is clinically needed, that's built into the visit rather than charged on top.

Your dentist checks your teeth, gums, bite and any existing dental work as part of a thorough oral health assessment.

New patients pay £50 for their first examination, while existing patients pay £30 per check-up. Any X-rays that are clinically necessary are always included, never billed separately.

Yes — if your dentist decides an X-ray is clinically necessary during your appointment, it's already covered by the fee you pay.
We start by discussing your dental and medical history, then carry out a detailed examination of your teeth, gums and mouth. Everything we find is explained clearly, we'll answer your questions, and only then do we talk through any recommendations.
Please don't feel embarrassed — plenty of our patients return after a long break between visits. There's no judgement here; we simply want to help get your oral health back on an even keel.
